Hydrophilic finishing agent with soil-release, anti-static, and soft touch effects for polyester and blends.

Properties

  • Compound of ethoxylated carboxylic acid, non-ionic.
  • Milky, slightly gray liquid.
  • Density: 1.0 – 1.1 g/cm³.
  • pH: 6.0 – 8.0.
  • Fully water dilutable.
  • Enhances anti-static effect of synthetic fibers.
  • Soil-release effect for easier oil and grease removal.
  • Provides soft, flexible, and fresh hand (micro-touch effect).
  • Compatible with printing pastes for color intensification.
  • Foam-free formulation.

Uses

  • Exhaustion: 1.0 – 6.0% CASDIWET ICS, 50–70°C, 20 min, pH 4.5–5.0 (acetic acid).
  • Continuous: 10 – 60 g/l CASDIWET ICS, pH 4.5–5.0 (acetic acid), pick-up 30–60%.
  • Printing: 10 – 40 g/kg CASDIWET ICS in print paste, preliminary compatibility tests recommended.
  • Avoid combining with water-repellent softeners or optical brighteners (may reduce whitening effect).
